Home Health and Hospice CNA
Maple Creek Home Health and Hospice is currently looking for a certified nursing assistant to assist our patients in their residence with ADLs.
The CNA will be responsible for traveling to patients homes to assist them with ADLs meal prep light housekeeping and completing documentation on the cares provided.
We are looking for a CNA that enjoys providing care in our patients homes.
Hospice experience is preferred but not required.
You will need reliable transportation auto insurance and a valid drivers license as this position requires traveling to patients homes.
You must have a valid CNA certificate in the state of Utah ability to pass a background check and CPR certification that is current.
Compassion reliability and an understanding of end of life care will be necessary.
Maple Creek does offer competitive visit rates PTO and a friendly working environment.
