Home Health and Hospice Director of Nursing
Maple Creek Home Health and Hospice is looking for a Director of Nursing for our home health and hospice agency.
While we do both home health and hospice we specialize in hospice care.
The Director of Nursing will be responsible for the oversight of clinical staff and the provision of care and services to our patients.
The Director of Nursing will be responsible for the coordination of patient care training and supervision of clinical staff staying current with and implementing Medicare and State regulations providing assistance and guidance for clinical staff and maintaining relationships with other healthcare providers and facilities.
The Director of Nursing must be a registered nurse with a valid license in the state of Utah and graduated from an approved school of nursing.
Experience in home health and hospice in a managerial position is a plus but not required.
We would prefer someone who is familiar with and has an understanding of the Medicare hospice benefit home health qualifications and the needs of our community.
The Director of Nursing must have strong communication team and leadership skills and the ability to motivate and encourage others.
