McKay and Associates are seeking a law clerk for research and legal writing.
Hours range from 10-20 hours per week during the law school term, and full-time work is available during the summer.
Responsibilities:
Assist in substantial legal research and writing, including drafting motions, pleadings, discovery, etc.
Assist Legal Assistants and Attorneys with case management, pre-trial, and trial preparation.
Compensation is hourly DOE but ranges from $20 - $30 per hour.
The firm is hiring for its Utah County location but some remote and telecommuting are contemplated.
