Our work environment includes:
On-the-job training We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our Desktop Technician team.
The successful candidate is responsible for wiping, testing, and cleaning desktops and laptops.
The Desktop Technician will also be responsible for configuring workstations with the correct software and hardware.
Our teams work in an open warehouse environment, so the successful candidate must enjoy working with other staff members while receiving instructions from a manager present in the room.
The sucessful candidate may also be invilved in helping elsewhere around the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
Run wiping software to detroy data on devices.
Run diagnostics on windows, apple, and adroid systems.
Detag and clean desktops and laptops.
Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and Apple OS X operating systems.
Install and upgrade operating systems.
Troubleshoot server hardware for server hardware malfunctions.
Install/configure hardware and software applications.
