Building Electronic Systems Technology Building Electronic Systems Technology Spanish Fork, UT Spanish Fork, UT Full-time Full-time $18 - $35 an hour $18 - $35 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Duties - Install, program, maintain, and repair alarm systems in residential and commercial buildings - Conduct site surveys to determine the best placement of alarm devices - Test and troubleshoot alarm systems to ensure proper functioning - Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding alarm system operation - Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively Qualifications - Experience working with hand tools and power tools - Knowledge of fire alarm systems and their components - Familiarity with fire alarm sales and installation processes - Mechanical knowledge for fire sprinkler fitting and electrical wiring - Ability to read and interpret schematics and follow NEC (National Electrical Code) guidelines - Strong problem-solving skills to detect and resolve issues with alarm systems Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
