Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all stages of legal proceedings including collections of medical records - Conduct client interviews to gather relevant information - Perform legal research using various resources - Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal demands - File and organize legal documents and correspondence - Maintain case files and update case management systems - Coordinate with clients - Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Experience:
- Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant preferred - Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures - Familiarity with case management software such is a plus - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills This position offers an opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys in a dynamic legal environment.
