We operate adoption centers in Petsmarts located in Orem and American Fork, Utah County.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate animal lover to join our team as a Cat Adoption Coordinator.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cat adoptions at our Petsmart adoption centers, ensuring the well-being of our feline friends and facilitating successful adoptions.
Key
Responsibilities:
Coordinate cat adoptions at PetSmart locations in Orem and American Fork, Utah.
Ensure all cats are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and in good health prior to adoption.
Prepare necessary paperwork for adoptions and ensure accurate entry into our database system.
Maintain a well-organized and welcoming adoption environment at both Petsmart locations.
Collaborate with veterinary clinics and other partners to schedule and oversee necessary medical procedures for cats in our care.
Provide excellent customer service to potential adopters and answer any questions they may have about our adoption process or our organization.
Qualifications:
Genuine passion for animals and dedication to their welfare.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Previous experience in animal welfare or customer service is preferred but not required.
