$33,222 annually SUMMARY As the Student Services Enrollment Specialist at Mountainland Technical College, you will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to students, employees and other guests of the college.
You will perform a variety of administrative duties which includes assisting with student registration, appointment scheduling, student records, preparing rolls, tracking enrollment and taking payments.

STUDENT SERVICES ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answer phones, emails, and provide information regarding Mountainland Technical College to the prospective students and the public Set up and check in appointments for counselors Register students, take payments, and close out cash drawer Process withdrawals, close out students upon completion, and submit refunds Help students request copies of student records and any other verifications as needed Responsible for maintaining official files and records of students STUDENT SERVICES ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS 1
years of Customer Service 1
years of data entry experience - Northstar database preferred Experience in Excel and Microsoft Word/Gmail and Google Apps MTECH maintains the right to conduct a criminal history background check; employment is contingent upon background check results.
