Summary:
This is a great opportunity to work in a very respected, very busy Family Medicine Office.
The successful candidate must maintain a cheerful, friendly, professional image at all times and in all communications.
Must be able to multi-task while maintaining good patient-staff relations along with providing outstanding customer service.
Essential Job Functions:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Able to work with multiple complex computer programs.
Type 55 wpm.
Accurate data entry Keep work area clean, tidy, organized.
Appointment scheduling Sending Messages to Provider and Their Teams.
Transferring calls.
Fast Learner Great Customer Service Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years medical experience helpful.
Pleasant, friendly personality Knowledge of medical terminology Self-starter, highly motivated, cheerful, outgoing, friendly, positive personality, likes to stay busy, accurate, strong communication skills both written and oral.
Hours:
Monday - Friday.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
