Night Watch
Residential Treatment Center is currently looking for dedicated responsible staff to work with troubled youth.
Job responsibilities include supervision of sleeping youth. You will be responsible to stay awake all night, do frequent bed checks and ensure that our youth are safe during the night.
Must be 21 years or older and be able to pass a criminal background check.
Be able to communicate with supervisors and other staff to help facilitate the best supervision of our youth.
We are a 24/7 365 days a year facility! Our shifts are generally 10:
30 PM-6:
30 AM(11pm-7am on weekends). Our schedule is generally scheduled out 3 weeks in advance to help you plan your personal schedules.
With our flexibility in shift options we can usually accommodate most schedules.
Pay starts at $8.50 an hour DOE it can increase. This position is a part time position which is generally 2-3 shifts a week.
