Agency Sales Specialist
This job requires a highly self motivated individual. This job consists of soliciting new clients by phone, face to face, door to door, etc. It will consist of quoting, selling and writing auto, home and life insurance along with assisting existing clients with their insurance needs. The agency has many leads/lists for this position to market.
This is a high volume agency that will require a very organized and motivated individual to aide in our growth.
You will learn from ONE OF THE BEST and may have to potential opportunity to transition to have your own agency with American Family. Great opportunity to get introduced to insurance sales while learning the ropes from one of the highest producing American Family agencies in the state.
This position has lead some down the path to their own agencies (if you desire that path).
This individual must be;

-Take instruction/direction from management
-Be self driven
-Be outgoing and positive
