Construction Secretary
Our Company provides final cleaning services on large commercial projects throughout the intermountain west. We are currently seeking a Construction Secretary to perform the following
Responsibilities:
Contact General Contractors via phone to obtain basic project information
Submit completed proposals to General Contractors via email
For all awarded projects, submit all information that is required by the General Contractor
Submit the appropriate job description to specified internet jobsites to recruit qualified candidates (if EarthWay does not have a pool of candidates to choose from)
Have the hired employees complete the necessary W-4, I-9 and payroll paperwork
Assist the Project Manager with scheduling of the hired employees
Submit the necessary hours for payroll to be processed
Complete via Excel a job-cost spreadsheet for each project
Basic bank account reconciliation
Prepare and submit the invoicing to the General Contractor for each completed project
Assist the President of the Company with additional basic projects as needed
Must have word, excel, outlook and internet search experience.
Must be reliable, honest and easy to work with.
Must be willing to take on new job responsibilities.
