Auto Sales & Customer Service Advisor

We are expanding and looking for top sales and customer service talent to join our growing company.
Customers are always #1. At Clegg Auto, we are the anti-dealer. We love our customers and ALWAYS try to do right by them. If we don t have, or can t find what a customer is looking for, we will provide them with the information or referral to have a successful and enjoyable car buying experience.
Most of the time auto dealerships are set up with misaligned incentives - what makes the dealership money often isn t the best interest of the customer. We are sick of that type of mentality in our industry and we are proud to be changing it.

Job:
Sales/Customer Service Advisor, reporting to the manager of the business
Responsible for working on a team that oversees all interactions related to the customer s vehicle purchase experience.
Greet customers, find and document both vehicle and customer wants and needs, locate the right vehicle for them and deliver it economically (or educate them on the tips necessary to do so independently).
Full Time. Availability to work 40 to 50 hours a week. Schedule will have one day off during the week. We are open weekdays from 9 to 7 pm and Saturdays from 10 to 6. Some flexibility with schedule is possible.
Have you ever wanted a job where you could help design your pay plan? We prefer to pay a salary and build a bonus plan together that ensures we stay focused on meeting and exceeding specific customer experience metrics as a priority. Of course we still have to meet business financial objectives. We are open to suggestions on how we design the perfect plan for you. Base salary range: $40-80,000
a year based on experience.
