Part-time position
Schedule available: Monday-Friday 2:30-6:30pm plus one Saturday per month
English/Spanish bilingual skills preferred
Pay rate: English only $11.63/hour, Bilingual $12.51/hour
Location: Spanish Fork, Utah
Responsibilities
Performs the following types of duties:
Answers phones and enters phone-in orders.
Answers customer questions to help complete orders.
Promote products for various promotions using upselling techniques by following script guidelines.
Maintains acceptable level of specials sold, productivity and customer service.
Reads and responds to e-mail daily.
Contributes to a positive and customer service-oriented environment.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE: Basic knowledge of multilevel marketing is preferred.
SKILL: Type 30 wpm, 10-key, basic PC skills (Microsoft Word). Good customer service and organizational skills. Basic math skills. Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
ABILITY: to communicate well with others and to promote products.
EDUCATION: Four years of high school plus specific course requirements.
