DEPARTMENT: Global Product Registration
LOCATION: Manufacturing Facility, Spanish Fork, Utah
HOURS: 8:30 am 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
Performs the following types of duties: coordinates and develops documents for product registrations for all markets; obtains product samples and coordinates product testing, prepares with QA, analytical results to be sent to governments and regulatory agencies, develops technical documentation for existing products, ensures product ingredients and labels comply with International regulations; coordinates with R&D for the development of raw material technical information and specifications; coordinates with Health Science for herb monographs and other technical information; collects and maintains registration certificate files; coordinates with the International marketing department for all new and existing registration requests; prepares shipment documents for customer clearance; establishes and updates raw material and finished product specifications for all NSP and Synergy ingredients and products; establishes and updates master formulas and routings for NSP and Synergy products; works with other NSP and Synergy departments to obtain information for accurate specifications and formulas; works in all areas of regulatory affairs and compliance from formula review, product registration labeling and all other documentation; performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of regulatory and documentation requirements for markets. Knowledge of U.S. government agencies and the procurement of required documents for registrations. Computer and software operations and business process optimization techniques.
SKILL: Word processing skills for Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and InfoView. Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
ABILITY: Good verbal and writing skills. Foreign language skills are desirable but not required.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: BS/BA degree and one plus years experience. If no BS degree, 4 years relevant experience and demonstration of required knowledge.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
