Job Description
Aspen Dermatology is a fast growing Practice with an exceptional medical team seeking a self-motivated, compassionate, and friendly full-time scheduler. Position requires a person with excellent work ethics. Also, requires the person has good communication skills both in person and over the phone. Experience in a medical environment is preferred. Good computer skills required. Back office experience would be helpful.
Responsibilities
Position requires answering of phones - scheduling patients for three providers - obtaining and entering insurance information and additional demographic detail.
Qualifications
Prefer experience in a similar position
Basic medical insurance knowledge
Proficiency with computers, and other office equipment
Needs to possess the desire to learn and ability to learn quickly
Must have ability to adapt well to change.
Possess ability to multi-task
Have good interpersonal skills
Have good organizational skills
Possess good customer service skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
